1. Deadline for early bird registration will be Sept 9th and refund policy Sept 16th.
2. Registration Deadline on the last meeting day is Thursday, October 6th.

--Full conference registration - early bird= $300.00
--Full conference AFTER early bird = $360.00
--Full conference non-member = $400.00
--Student registration = $85.00
--Retirees = -0-
--Extra ticket for Welcome Reception = $35.00
--Extra ticket for Banquet = $75.00
--Winery Tour = $65.00
--Hospital librarian's luncheon = $40.00
