WELCOME MESSAGE:

Goal: Produce consensus recommendations on an integrated ultrasound curriculum for undergraduate medical education (medical school) that will form the foundation for ultrasound as a core clinical competency for all graduates regardless of specialty choice or location of practice. The curriculum will prepare graduates to appropriately use ultrasound to improve patient care and safety and increase access to quality healthcare globally.  Ultrasound will be used in the curriculum to enhance student understanding of basic and clinical sciences critical to best practices in medicine.
