BabyNet Covered Diagnoses
Guide (PDF, 793K): This document was developed to give a brief
description of each of the conditions listed in “Appendix 3: Covered Diagnoses” of
the BabyNet Online Policy and Procedure Manual.
The information gathered for this document was taken from various
online peer/doctor reviewed resources. At the bottom of each page,
there is a link that connects directly to the online resource where
the information was located. It may be helpful to visit these links
for more information on the specific diagnoses, as each fact sheet
is one page and includes only a brief summary.
