Head and Spinal Cord Injury (HASCI)

Head and Spinal Cord Injury Information and Referral (HASCI I & R) serves as the single point of entry for individuals applying for services through the Head and Spinal Cord Injury Division of the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs.

The following services are provided through HASCI I & R:

*Preliminary intake and eligibility screening for HASCI Division services

*Training on HASCI Division eligibility guidelines and referral process.

*Information and referral to individuals, family members, and agency staff

*Consultation and technical assistance
